1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Public Offer to Enter into an Agreement
1.1.1 The User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) constitutes a public offer by THE NINTH Limited Liability Company (THE NINTH LLC) (OGRN 1256400012990, INN 6451028909, address: 410004, Saratov Oblast, Saratov, N.G. Chernyshevsky St., Bldg. 52a, Apt. 89) (hereinafter referred to as "THE NINTH") to Internet users (hereinafter referred to as the User) to enter into an agreement for the use of the Internet resource located at https://theninth.ae/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website) under the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
1.1.2 The Agreement is a public offer within the meaning of Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.1.3. This user agreement is written in Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancies between the Russian and English translations, the Russian version shall prevail.
1. 2. Method of Acceptance of the Agreement
1.2.1 The User's performance of one of the following implicit actions aimed at using the Website constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Agreement (acceptance), as amended on the relevant date, within the meaning of Part 1 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including:

• viewing or searching for information posted on the Website.

1.2.2 If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.
1.3. Term of the Agreement
1.3.1 The Agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the User, shall be valid for an indefinite period, and shall remain legally binding for the entire time the User uses the Website.
1.4. Amendments to the Agreement
1.4.1 The Agreement may be amended by THE NINTH LLC at any time without notice to the User.
1.4.2 The new version of the Agreement shall take effect on the date it is posted on the Website at the following link: https://theninth.ae/user_agreement/
1.4.3 The User must review the current version of the Agreement and check the terms of the Agreement for changes.
1.4.4 If the User disagrees with the changes, they are obligated to refuse access to the Website and cease using it.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. Subject
2.1.1 Under the Agreement, THE NINTH LLC grants the User access to the Website under the terms of the Agreement, and the User undertakes to use the access granted only within the limits of the rights and in the ways provided for in the Agreement.
2.1.2 The User's viewing of information publicly posted on the Website does not require Registration.
3. USE OF THE SITE
3.1 Users have the following options:

4.3.1 THE NINTH LLC reserves the right to send the User advertising messages in the form of text messages, including SMS, email messages, and phone calls, with the User's consent, expressed by performing any actions on the Website that clearly identify the User. The user has the right to unsubscribe from receiving promotional messages without explanation by notifying the user of their unsubscribe by email to info@theninth.ru.
4.4. Message Sending Procedure
4.4.1 THE NINTH reserves the right to engage third parties to send messages.

5. APPLICABLE LAW OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1. Governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
